The Willows at Valley Run is a new family rental community located in Caln Township, Chester County, PA. Phase one of this community consists of 60 one-, two-, and three-bedroom rentals across three three-story walk-up buildings and a community building. Phase two will offer another 60 rentals with the same mix of bedroom sizes across another three buildings. The Willows at Valley Run features a mix of both market rate and affordable income restricted apartments to provide a variety of desirable options to fit both your household size and budget.

The apartments are well-appointed with plank flooring, large windows, fully-equipped kitchens with modern appliance packages, tile backsplashes, islands or breakfast bars, patios or balconies, full size washers and dryers, energy efficient finishes, climate control, and LED lighting throughout. Moreover, the community is pet-friendly, has complimentary off-street parking, a playground, and is designed to Passive House standards, which will make The Willows at Valley Run a leader in sustainability and energy efficiency.

Additionally, the community building offers residents a lounge, fitness center, and houses offices for supportive service staff, management and maintenance. A majority of the rentals fall under the LIHTC program with rents ranging between 20-60 percent AMI for Chester County, as well as a selection of rentals for those with disabilities, several allocated to the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and a handful of unrestricted market rate rentals.
