The Willows at Saddle Brook is a new affordable family rental community in Saddle Brook, NJ. This community offers a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-60% AMI for Bergen County. They feature open floorplans with energy efficient features, washers & dryers, fully-equipped kitchens, ample closets, premium tile backsplashes and plank flooring throughout. We offer accessible and HVI rentals, as well.

This community is pet friendly and offers residents a host of amenities including a lounge, fitness center, play area, and dog park. Off-street parking is included with the rent. There are EV charging stations by the clubhouse and numerous transit options, including a bus stop at Rosol Lane & N Midland Ave, a NJ Transit Rail Station (Broadway) and entrance to the Garden State Parkway are both less than a mile from the community.
