EXCITING NEWS! WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING PRE-APPS FOR THE LOTTERY JULY 7^TH - 9^TH FROM 9:30am - 3:00pm AT OUR LEASING OFFICE ONSITE.

All eligible pre-apps received will be entered into the lottery to determine the order that they will be processed for the available rentals. Applicants will be notified once the lottery takes place July 16^TH. We will continue to accept applications for the wait list after the lottery has taken place.

This community has a HUD NJ Region 1 preference for households who live and/or work in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, or Sussex Counties.

The Willows at Saddle Brook is a new affordable family rental community in Saddle Brook, NJ. This community offers a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-60% AMI for Bergen County.
