*Rents and income criteria based on HUD income limits for Warren County, NJ.In additon to the above 50-60% AMI, 20% income rentals are available as well. Ask leasing team for info. Income criteria ranges from $32,370 - $80,160 depending on unit type and household size.

The Willows at Greenwich is a new 66-unit affordable* rental community located in Stewartsville, Greenwich Township, Warren County, New Jersey. The community consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across six two-story residential buildings. The spacious apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, plank flooring, washers & dryers in-unit, private patios or balconies, and energy efficient finishes throughout.

The community offers residents complimentary off-street parking, a playground and a tot lot, a bark park, a community building with resident lounge and fitness center, as well as management, maintenance, and resident service offices on premise.
