The Willows at Greenwich is a new 66-unit affordable* rental community located in Greenwich Township, Stewartsville, Warren County, NJ. The community consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across six two-story residential buildings. The spacious apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, plank flooring, washers & dryers in-unit, private patios or balconies, and energy efficient finishes throughout.

The community offers residents complimentary off-street parking, a playground and a tot lot, a bark park, a community building with resident lounge and fitness center, as well as management, maintenance, and resident service offices on premise.

Located near the neighboring town of Pohatcong, the community is next to the town’s flourishing retail corridor and is convenient to numerous shopping, dining and entertainment, along with recreation areas, academic institutions, major highways and area transit.

NOTE: Affordable housing income criteria ranges from 20-60% AMI based on Warren County income limits as set by HUD LIHTC program. This community is currently under construction, but once leasing begins the staff will be able to provide more details on requirements.
