The nonprofit Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) and Ingerman are excited to be developing The Willows at Forest Drive in Annapolis, MD! This affordable family rental community will offer a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-50% AMI for Anne Arundel County. The community will also feature a host of amenities included with the rent as well as supportive service programs to assist its residents and strengthen ties with the community.
