The nonprofit Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) and Ingerman are excited to be developing The Willows at Forest Drive in Annapolis, MD. This affordable family rental community will offer a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments at 20-50% AMI for Anne Arundel County. These rentals will offer residents open floorplans with energy efficient features, washers & dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with tile backsplash, patios or balconies, large closets and premium flooring.  

The community will also feature a host of indoor and outdoor amenities including a lounge, fitness center, playground, gardens, trails and recreation space. We also offer off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance, and have management offices on-site. These amenities are all included with the rent as well as supportive service programs to assist its residents and strengthen ties with the community.
